We are the Dunkley Family and we live on our farm in Westford, Vermont. We tap the maple trees in late winter, check the vacuum system for leaks when the sap runs, and boil down the sap into syrup in the sugarhouse. Managing the whole operation is a lot of work- it's not as simple as emptying buckets of sap into an evaporator. There are tools, equipment, and vacuum lines to maintain along with 170 acres of woodlands and we need all the help we can get!
